RoomMakers’ policy is not to be undersold. If, within 30 days from your purchase, you find the identical furniture item advertised in print within 75 miles of the RoomMakers store where you bought the item, for less than your invoiced price, bring in that advertisement and we will meet or beat that price.
Our Low Price Guarantee does not apply to clearance, floor models, vendor rollbacks/rebates, special purchases, promotional items, discontinued merchandise, free items or services or finance offers. Merchandise offered for sale on the Internet or other auction sites is also excluded.

Do you offer a warranty?
RoomMakers warrants furniture you purchase from us to be free of manufacturing defects for 6 months.
If your furniture was delivered by us, we will provide in-home repair in our service area, if required. If you chose to pick up your furniture, you can bring it in to our service area to be repaired.
We will also ensure you receive the full benefit of factory warranties, as RoomMakers is the “Factory Authorized” Ashley Furniture service provider in this area.

To protect your furniture against a broad range of accidental damage, we also offer the Protection 1st Plan for purchase. This plan provides a full 5-year no-worry accidental damage warranty. If no claims are made during the warranty period, RoomMakers will credit the purchase price of the plan back to you in the form of a gift card. Ask your Room Specialist for details.

Is there a charge for delivery?

Can I pick up and handle my own delivery?
Yes. We are pleased to assist you in inspecting and loading your new furniture. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your goods are properly loaded, secured, transported, and placed in your home.
We strongly recommend you open and/or inspect your merchandise before leaving. Bring plenty of blankets and tie-downs to protect your new furniture.
Your signature on the delivery/pickup copy will verify your acceptance of furniture in good condition.
In case an item is damaged while you are transporting it, you may return the damaged piece to our Distribution Center to have us estimate repairs.

What is your return policy?
You may cancel any transaction without any penalty or obligation within three business days from the date of purchase. Any changes or cancellations after the three days will result in a charge of 25% of the total invoice.
All clearance items are “as is” and non-returnable.
Our Mattress 100 day 100% Guarantee covers: New Mattress and standard foundation for one time, equal price exchange or refund. A $69 wrap and pick-up fee will apply to all exchanges and returns.
Our Mattress 100 day 100% Guarantee does not cover: Clearance or floor model mattresses, pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, power/adjustable bases, furniture, accessories, mattresses that are not in as purchased condition, and delivery fees.
Services such as delivery and fabric protection are not returnable or refundable.
Parts, pillows, mattress pads, or fabric special orders are not cancelable or returnable and must be paid in full prior to order.

Do you offer a wedding registry?
Yes. Our RoomMakers wedding account works like cash in your name. When your friend or family member contributes to your wedding account, they will receive a gift card in the amount of their monetary donation to give as a shower or wedding gift. It’s that easy. There is no need to pre-select merchandise. You can use your wedding account for anything you want in either of our stores.

How do I contribute to a wedding account?
Want to contribute to an existing wedding account? We’ve made it easy for you. Just call us at 785-272-9230 and make a donation to a wedding account over the phone or visit any of our locations to make your contribution. Once you have made your contribution, you will receive a gift card in that amount to be given as a shower or wedding present.
